A little about Daddy
Daddy has been in the kitchen all his life, yet found his passion for artisanal breads just a few years back. It all started with Focaccia art and bloomed from there. Hailing from the Hospitality-Foodservice Industry, serving + satisfaction are intrinsically a part of Daddy. While nurturing his propensity for flair and beauty over the years, Daddy has become quite dexterous at using his hands. Daddy also has a rustic side; a simple man, if you will. The duality of which provides Daddy the skillset needed to work raw materials into smooth pieces of art. Coupling Daddy’s love for service and passion for craft, creating edible artistry was simply inevitable.
